- The price includes: daily rent, use of electricity, water, and gas within normal consumption, Wi-Fi internet, weekly change of bed linen and towels, and final cleaning.
- Residence tax is included in price.
- Registration fee: 5,00 EURO per person (one-time charge upon arrival).
- Security deposit: 500,00 EUR. (payable upon arrival by card; refunded after the inspection of the accommodation, provided that no damage has been caused)
- Check-in: from 16 h | Check-out: by 10 h
- Payment & Deposit: Advance payment of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. The balance is payable on arrival.
- Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
- Pets: Not allowed.
- House Rules: Smoking allowed only on the terrace/balcony. Please respect quiet hours between 22:00-8:00.
- Languages spoken: English, German, Croatian.
